Rental Rates:
Per Hour Rate                                                 $20
Rate for 3 Hours per week                           $55 = 18.33 per hour
Long Term Rental Contracts:
    Less than 2hr per week                          $20 per hour
    2hrs or more per week                           $18.33 per hour
    For 12 & 24 week only and prepaid     $17.5 per hour
