A sturdy designed frame in tubular steel. The working table is a 25 mm thick steel plate, finished with a formica layer.supplied with a “Coborn” spindle, 1,1KW , Airflow-system (with built-in dustcollector) and adjustable in height. Comes standard with a lamp fixture, tang-rack, shock-absorbers and termical protection switch. All holes for other machinery are already prepared. The type of motor is a direct drive system for flat type of wheels. The KKBS has a built in dust collector which can be installed at any type of dust extractor. It has two air outlets of 80 mm diameter. Leveling problems are being minimized with this type of motor. The 1,1 KW motor is used for a single occupated polishing table. The adjustable height motor is suitable for all type of flat benches and manual polishing. It is standard available on 3 phase – 230/400V – 50 Hz. The standard nose diameter is 50 mm (2 inch nose on request). Optional it can be supplied with a expanding nose system. This system suppresses the play which might occur between the spindle nose and the center-hole of the polishing wheel. Also an optional feature is the balancing cap. In this way small un-ballance on the wheel can be abolished. To detect this un-ballance, the Coborn PB2 balancing device might come in handy. Another optional feature is a frequence controlled speed regulator, for a stepless RPM control. For the American market, we can supply the table, if requested, on 220V/60 Hz.
